- Liveability in the complexes is given a rating of 8.
- Rent arrears do not exceed 0.3% of rental turnover.
- 75% of tenants are below the median for spending established by Nibud (the National Institute for Family Finance Information).
- 50% of self-contained units are below the housing benefit cut-off limit applicable to tenants in higher-quality accommodation.
Partners
- Partners working with Idealis give it a rating of 7.0 for cooperation.
Society
- A minimum of 45% of the stock is flexible.
- 70% of the property has energy label A or B, with the minimum energy label being D.
- By 2026, Idealis will generate 25% of its energy sustainably (more than in 2008).
- The average NEN standard (NEN-2767) for a complex does not exceed 3.
- Asserpark and Hoevestein will be renovated in accordance with the principles set out in the strategic housing stock policy plan by the end of the plan period.
