Tenants
- We make sure enough rooms are available for the target group, and at the right time.
- Our housing is affordable.
- Our tenants live in comfortable accommodation. Meeting up with others is key.
- We are the largest and most important student housing provider in Wageningen, which brings strategic advantages.
- We use a national registration system, so students only have to register once.
- Tenants can make all the necessary arrangements online, but personal contact is always possible.
- We value our tenants’ opinions and customer insights. We invest in good cooperation with our tenants' association, SFO.
Partners
- We collaborate with other student housing providers to remain robust and to broaden and deepen our knowledge.
- We work together at project level and on issues that are not exclusive to Idealis.
- We aim for constructive, long-term cooperation with our suppliers.
- We work with Foodvalley on regional tasks.
- We pull together and collaborate with our stakeholders (Wageningen University, municipalities, local housing associations and other parties).
Society
- We are committed to entirely carbon-neutral housing stock. For this, we take the Trias Energetica approach. We continue to develop the roadmap based on proven technology.
- Our complexes have a minimal impact on the environment. We ensure liveability in and around the complex by working with our tenants and partners.
- Idealis properties are as flexible as possible so that we can respond to developments in higher education and society.
- We explore the possibilities for broadening our target group and other forms of housing.
Governance and financial backers
- Our decisions are properly substantiated and we can always explain them well. We are not afraid to go back on decisions made and improve them.
